Do you offer click and collect?
Yes we do, once you are at checkout you will have the option to select pick up. You can come and collect your order on Saturday between 9am -12pm.
Can I change my payment method?
We will always do our best to help you, but once your order is placed, we cannot change your payment method.
Can I change my address?
Once your order is placed, we cannot change your address, please ensure you have filled in the correct details.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We ship all orders placed before 12pm AEDT out the same day, orders placed after 12pm AEDT will be sent the following day. We use Couriers Please & Australia Post please see their updated shipping estimations for a guide on when your order will arrive.

Do you ship to the UK?
Yes we do, orders may be subject to a VAT tax once picked up from your postal agency in the UK
Can I refund my order if I change my mind?
We do not offer refunds for change of mind; please ensure you choose your items correctly. We will always replace or refund damaged items.
What happens once my order is placed?
Our team will pack your order and send it out from our Melbourne Warehouse, they will intuitively select a tumbled crystal to accompany your order, you’ll receive a tracking number to track your parcel. If you encounter any issues with your order you can email info@mylesgray.com.au and our team will get back to you within 48 hours.
What do I with the crystals once the candle is finished?
You can remove the crystals from the candle once there is .5cm of wax left. Simply add boiling water to the candle and mix, the crystals will dislodge from the wax. Place them on a towel and pat dry.
You can put the crystals in a bowl, in pot plants or anywhere in your home.
What’s the difference between the room sprays and The Oils?
The Oils are a natural alternative to Room Spray, they have been created with essential oils and Witch Hazel Oil (a natural alternative to alcohol). They will physically make your energy shift, they all have a purpose.
The Room Sprays are designed to move the energy in your space, not just on your body. The fragrances match to our candles and diffusers and are extremely strong. A few spritz in your home is all you need. These are powerful crystal loaded home fragrance.
What makes your candles different?
All of our candles are created with purpose, each on has their own personality and own reason for being. They fragrances we have selected work with the meaning of the candle, for instance Vous Pouvez – The Candle of Confidence is all about embracing your inner confidence and trusting yourself. The fragrance is Japanese Honeysuckle, a strong and vibrant fruity floral.
They have crystals infused throughout and once the candle has burnt the first time the crystals drop beneath the surface only to be seen again once you relight the candle. This allows the crystal energy to remain inside the candle and used only for you when you light the candle.
What are the candles made of?
We use soy wax, lead free wicks and natural fragrance.
How long will the Room Sprays last?
Our Room Sprays are 200ml and very strong in fragrance, you’ll only need a few sprays throughout your entire home. If you are using the room once per day, it will last between 6 and 9 months.
Do you offer wholesale accounts?
Yes, we do! We have stockists all over the world and are always looking to expand. We have a set of criteria each stockist needs to meet to be eligible and unfortunately just having an ABN isn’t going to guarantee a wholesale account.
